Terms of Service

The Service is a self-help information and document-preparation service for driver's license reinstatement. It may include: (a) a free, personalized reinstatement snapshot that organizes publicly available information for your situation; (b) Roadmap Plus, a paid detailed filing guide and PDF; (c) a paid packet consisting of supported official forms when available for your path, together with a cover sheet, filing instructions, and a readiness review; and (d) referral or concierge options. We do not submit documents to any government agency or court unless a separate written service agreement expressly says we will. For Roadmap Plus and the standard packet, you remain responsible for reviewing, signing, completing customer-only fields, submitting documents, paying third-party fees, and confirming your status with the relevant agency.

You acknowledge the statements in our Disclaimer, including that we are not a law firm, our personnel are not attorneys, we do not provide legal advice or review your information for legal sufficiency, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are a minor who holds a learner's permit or provisional license, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; review the forms and information we provide; independently verify your reinstatement requirements with the relevant agency; submit documents and fees to the appropriate agency yourself; and use the Service only for lawful purposes and for your own reinstatement matter.

You authorize us to use the information you provide to prepare the requested roadmap, guide, packet, support response, or concierge review. You also agree that secure case links, packet links, and confirmation emails are for your use only and should not be shared publicly.

The Service is not an emergency service. If you have a hearing, court deadline, reinstatement deadline, criminal matter, or any situation where missing a deadline could affect your rights, you should contact the relevant agency, court, or a licensed attorney immediately.

The price of each paid offering is shown at the point of purchase. Current public offerings include Roadmap Plus at $29 and the standard filled packet at $99 when available for your path. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; by purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms. Our fees are for our service only and do not include any government reinstatement fee, court fee, insurance cost, or other third-party charge, all of which are separate and paid by you directly to the relevant agency or provider.

Roadmap Plus and the standard packet are custom digital work products generated from your case information and delivered electronically. We stand behind them with a satisfaction guarantee: if your purchased product is not accurate and complete for your filing (for example, it will not open or download, or a supported official form or safe mapped field is missing, because of our system), email us within 14 days of purchase and before you submit it to the state, and we will fix it or refund our service fee. Government and third-party fees are paid directly by you to those parties, are governed by their own policies, and are not controlled or refundable by us. Questions about packet fixes or refund requests should be sent to refunds@reinstatelicense.com.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under card-network rules or applicable law, but misuse of chargebacks after receiving a custom digital product may result in suspension of access to the Service.

We do not guarantee reinstatement, eligibility, or any specific result. Outcomes are determined solely by the relevant government agency or court. See our Disclaimer.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; submit false information; use the Service on behalf of another person without authorization; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content or forms; access the Service in an unauthorized manner; or scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.

You may not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, use another person's identity without permission, or use the Service to prepare documents for legal, fraudulent, or commercial purposes outside your own authorized matter.

The Service, including our software, text, design, and compiled information, is owned by Buddy Financial LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own reinstatement matter. Official government forms remain the property of their issuing agencies.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments) and our hosting, database, storage, analytics, transactional-email, and AI-processing providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these third parties, and your use of their portions of the Service may be subject to their terms.

Paid products are delivered electronically through the Service, by email, or both. You consent to receive transactional emails about your case, purchase, download, refund request, support request, security issue, or changes to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and checking spam or filtering settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION OR FORMS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUDDY FINANCIAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buddy Financial LLC and its members, managers, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse, security risk, or legal risk. We may also refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we determine that the requested work is outside the scope of the Service.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@reinstatelicense.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
